Healing Thistles is part of an intimate documentary series centered on personal transformation and recovery. The film follows women rebuilding their lives through Thistle Farms, an organization founded by Becca Stevens to support survivors of abuse, addiction, and homelessness through housing, healing, and meaningful work.

As editor, I shaped intimate personal stories into a coherent narrative built on trust, restraint, and emotional continuity. The edit prioritized lived experience over exposition, allowing moments of vulnerability, strength, and hope to unfold without sensationalism while supporting the series’ broader arc of healing and renewal.
